D.A.'s Falsified Transcript of
Forced Guilty Plea Hearing -
In Forma Pauperis

Welcome!

This page contains three PDF (approx. 30 pages) copies of a transcription for the Hearing to Withdraw Guilty Plea...

A. Transcript filed by the District Attorney's Office

B. My handwritten transcript, made from a cassette tape of that hearing, given to me by my Legal Aid Attorney, Albert Bradley.

C. Copy of transcript filed by the District Attorney's Office, with my corrections. I was able to make these corrections because I had to listen, over and over again, to the cassette tape of the Hearing, to make my handwritten transcript. On this document, you can see that the changes made to the District Attorney's Office Transcript were intentional falsifications and not mistakes.

As you can see from Judge Hammes' Orders, the forced guilty plea in my case would not be withdrawn.

I believe that Judge Hammes' editorial explains why she would ignore the falsified transcript that was filed by the District Attorney's Office to uphold the forced guilty plea in my case. What do you think?

Unfortunately for me, Judge Goldsmith would then be free to further prosecute me...
