After reading Judge Hammes' opinion as to why it is necessary to force guilty pleas, read her part in the ORDERS which upheld the forced guilty plea against me, even after I showed the court how the District Attorney's Office had filed a falsified transcript of the Hearing to Withdraw that Guilty Plea.
Even with this information, Judge Christine Goldsmith and Judge Bolman kept up their prosecutions.
Could it be that Judge Hammes' Editorial explains clearly that forced guilty pleas are considered a necessity, and will be upheld by the courts, even after receiving a letter from such as Bob Hudson of Senator Pete Wilson's Office?
